Pain changed my life... how does it affect YOUR life?
In the late 1980's I suffered from debilitating chronic back and leg
pain. During the journey of my recovery I developed a movement
program using cylindrical foam rollers, a program now used by a
variety of health practitioners. More importantly, this journey
illuminated parts of myself that were previously unknown to me.
Today I can say "Thank you" to my back pain for having initiated my
own self awareness.
